1. The Starting Point of Our Ministry is God.
God is actively involved in the ministry of His church and people.
"I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow." 1 Corinthians 3:6
2. The Guide for our ministry is the Bible.
The Bible is the literal word of God and central to the life of the believer.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." - 2 Timothy 3:16,17
3. The Focus of our ministry is people, not programs.
Life Groups are about sharing life together...
"We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become dear to us." 1 Thessalonians 2:8
4. The goal of our ministry is that everyone be a growing Christian, not just a believer.
Life Groups provide the optimal environment for the life-transformation that Jesus Christ intends.
"We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone prefect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me." Colossians 1:28,29
5. The environment for our ministry is teamwork; no one serves alone.

6. The process of our ministry is spiritual reproduction, not only spiritual addition.
Life Groups must expand and multiply so that eventually every believer can be connected.
"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others." 2 Timothy 2:2
